All individual registrations must be made through the conference online registration system. The registration will only be confirmed after receipt of payment.

Registration is collected in Taiwan dollars(TWD), and the US dollar rate is for reference in exchange rate USD 1: TWD 30.
All due dates are in Taiwan local time (UTC+08:00).

*1APASL Member: APASL members are entitled to member rates. APAPSL Members must be up-to- date on their dues if registering for the 2018 APASL STC Taipei. Please click here to apply for APASL Membership.
*2Trainee: It is required to upload a copy of your degree/license (5 year maximum from the date of graduation, ie: graduated in/after the year of 2013) or a letter of approval from your university, hospital, or institute via the online registration system as proof of identity. Without the proof document, fees of APASL Member/Non-Member will be applied.
*3Presenter(Oral/Poster): Conference registration is obligatory for presenters who wish to attend the conference. Since abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference, please make sure you register before the due.

Terms and Conditions


Payment Conditions

All payments are to be made in Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Full payment of all items is requested when registering. No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until Conference Secretariat has received the payment.


Methods of Payment

  • Credit card: only JCB, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted.
  • Cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Conference Secretariat Email: secretariat@apasl-hbv-2018.org

  • Cancellations for Conference Attending received up to and including 11:59 PM, April 30, 2018: Full refund minus a TWD 1500 administration fee.
  • Cancellations for Gala Dinner (Purchase) received up to and including 11:59 PM, April 30, 2018: Full refund minus a TWD 500 administration fee.
  • Cancellations received after 11:59 PM, April 30, 2018 and no-shows: No refund.

Changes / Modifications / Name Substitution

  • An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Conference. Please email substitute’s details to conference secretariat at secretariat@apasl-hbv- 2018.org.
  • All changes/modifications/name substitution will not be accepted after 11:59 PM, June 10, 2018.

Badge Re-print

If a badge is lost or forgotten or amendment required, an administrative fee of TWD200 will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification documents).


Refunds

All confirmed refunds will be made after the conference by bank transfer or credit card per your pre-payment method.

The Conference Organizer reserve the right to alter the contents of this conference and/or the identity of the conference presenters due to circumstances beyond our control.
